Record breaking WADAC at the Salisbury 10

Fresh from achieving not just a British age group record but a World best over 10k, Lucy Elliott turned her attention to the slightly longer distance of 10 miles and ran a British age group best of 1:00:16, knocking almost a minute and a half off the current record.
nAlso breaking records was coach David Vosser who now lays claim to the WADAC V60 10 mile record. Finishing in a time of 1:07:27 he beats the previous record dating back to 1996 by 7 seconds.
