Oliver closes in on Charlie's record

Oliver Thatcher (coach Andy Fisher) continued his collegiate career with an indoor pentathlon in Virginia at the weekend.The competition didn't go great for Oliver but the beauty of competing in 7 events is that at least one of them is likely to go well and so it proved with the pole vault. Oliver vaulted to a new indoor pb of 4.35m which improves his performance in 2nd place on the clubs all time indoor list and he moves just 8cm behind Charlie Maw's indoor club record of 4.43m set in 2015.
